Privacy Policy
Last updated: 31 May 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Wesmond International Limited ("Wesmond", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with our website, services, and tools, including TrackTrack (collectively, the "Services"). It also explains the rights available to merchants and users.
1. Who we are
Wesmond International Limited is a Hong Kong-based company providing e-commerce operations, brand management, digital marketing, and merchant data tools. You can contact us at contact@wesmond.com.
2. What data we collect
- Information you provide: such as your name, email address, company details, and the content of any messages you send us.
- Authorized platform data: when a merchant connects a third-party account, we may access data made available by that platform, such as store performance data, advertising and campaign data, and analytics data.
- Technical data: basic information such as log data and device or browser information collected when you visit our website.
3. How we access data through merchant authorization
We access data from third-party platforms only after the relevant merchant has granted authorization through that platform's standard authorization or consent process (for example, OAuth). Access is limited to the scopes the merchant approves, and the merchant may revoke access at any time through the relevant platform or by contacting us.
4. How we use data from platforms such as Google, Meta, Shopify, analytics platforms, and advertising platforms
We use connected platform data to provide analytics, reporting, advertising performance review, and operational support to merchants. Specifically, Wesmond and TrackTrack may access Google user data only after authorization and only for analytics, reporting, advertising performance review, and merchant operation support.
We do not sell Google user data, and we do not sell merchant data. We do not use connected platform data for advertising of our own, and we do not use it to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. How we store and protect data
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect information consistent with industry practice.
6. Whether we share data with third parties
We do not sell data. We may share data only in limited circumstances: with service providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality obligations; where required by law or to respond to lawful requests; or with the merchant's direction or consent. Any such sharing is limited to what is necessary for the stated purpose.
7. Data retention
We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or anonymize it. Merchants may request deletion of their data at any time.
8. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, merchants and users may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold, and to withdraw authorization for continued data access. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@wesmond.com. You can also revoke our access to Google data at any time via the Google security settings page.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
